Almost 10 years after its creation and after more than 22 clones around the world, the Clover system has over 500,000 workstations installed worldwide making it one of the best workstation systems available on the market thanks to its versatility, simple construction, and longevity.
It is not a panel system or just a desk based system. The design concept centres on its structural strength and simplicity. There are only six basic components to the whole system, offering complete flexibility in both horizontal and vertical geometry.
This ensures the client can alter the system around themselves with a smaller number of elements, and thereby codes. This adds up to less cost.
Versatility/Interchangeability
Clover components change with minimal effort and disruption, beginning with the basic work-top. The system is capable of an infinite number of vertical and horizontal configurations that can be expanded, improved with accessories, moved around, and joined with other units to meet different needs, all with absolute ease so that all the base components of the system can be re-used.
 Each setting corresponds to a different type of office:
- The stand-alone workstation is perfect for the enclosed offices.
- Integrated workstations since they share support structures, optimise costs and improve space use performance.
- Combined workstations are created simply by bringing worktops together. They offer considerable flexibility and can be rearranged at will thanks to their separate structures.
- Mobile/nomadic workstations are basically castor-mounted elements that enable the contemporary office to expand to meet new and perhaps non-permanent work settings. The user can thus take full advantage of a number of versions at the same time. The reason is simple - the basic system is made up of a number of products that enables him/her to change from one setting to another while reusing all the basic components and ordering at most a few additional items.
 The result is a product line that offers, in summary, these benefits:

- Easy to order, distribute, install and handle well balanced price-performance ratio ergonomic, safe, complying with Australian/New Zealand/European standards
- Can be customised with a variety of colours and finishes built throughout in recyclable material.
Product Structure Overview
 One of the key factors of the Clover system is its flexibility, which is created by its uniquely simple structure and small vocabulary of components.
The structure is a 60mm diameter 90 or 120 degree post which is manufactured from steel allowing the product to be reconfigured without the parts wearing. The pole is powder-coated in a dark grey or the new light silver Nickel finish.
Poles are available in standard leg, 1040mm, 1200m, 1360mm, 1680mm and floor to ceiling height for power poles and adjustable full height partitions. The pole structure has a height adjusting/anti-slip foot. Poles are also available on castors.
Support brackets, in die-cast epoxy natural paint finish aluminium, slide along the tubular pole structure for work top height adjustment (adjustment range 680mm-790mm).
Screens
 Clover screens are fixed in place to the tubular posts and can be manufactured in a range of widths based on the worksurface dimension, while heights are based on the standard poles: 1040mmH, 1200mmH, 1360mmH, and 1680mmH.
Screens can be manufactured as single modules up to 1680mmH from the floor, or as modular stacked panels of various increments. A stacker post and screen of 320mm in height can be added in the future to increase height and privacy.
Screens are encased by a slim line aluminium profile frame and are available in the following versions:
- Particle board covered with any foam backed fabric
- Acoustic panel covered with any fabric
- Methacryl Perspex in a range of colours
- Powdercoated ribbed steel panels in Nickel silver finish
- Solid Melamine panels
- Glazed panel with 3mm thick clear safety glass
Screens can be mounted below desk level to create modesty panels or dropped right to the floor with an extruded aluminium skirting base for full privacy for areas such as reception desks.
Worksurfaces
Work surfaces are 30mm thick melamine particle board with impact resistant edging.
Desk tops are available in a range of 120 degree and 90 degree sizes.
Worksurfaces have predrilled malacoshe metal screw fittings so tops can be easily reconfigured numerous times without wearing.
Power & Data Management
The horizontal metal wiring trays provide an under desk cable management, and reticulation system.
Power can be managed from the floor through vertical wiring clips on the leg or through an umbilical spine. Ceiling power and data is fed to the workstation either through a ceiling spine or by a full height power pole.
Under desk power and data is mounted on our standard bracket which is fixed in place under the desk and the selected outlets snap straight into the unit. All power and data sockets are compliant with AS/NZ61535.1.2003.
Above desk power and data is available within easy reach mounted either into a toolbar off the Clover post or flush mounted into the desk.
Accessories
A multifunctional anodised aluminium bar pre-engineered to correspond to all worksurface lengths, mounts all above desk fittings and accessories.
A full range of suspended Perspex accessories including A4 trays, pencil holders, book rests, CD holders and vases are available.
Powdercoated steel shelves in a range of lengths mount onto the accessory bar.

- Under-desk pole mounted CPU Holders
- Storage boxes as per tender specification
Clover Workstation Specification
The typical 6 person workstation cluster has the following components:-
1800mm x 800mm desk with separate return 1100 x 400mm
All main tops are key adjust height adjustable and return tops can also be height adjusted separately to the main worksurface if required. Tops are 30mm thick and are supported by a steel bracket.
Screens are non structural pole mounted and independent of desk height adjustment. Screens are 1200 high and can extend below the worksurface to 400 off the floor if required. Screens can be extended up to the 1650 height required. Screens are pinnable, covered in Laine Boucle over cork substrate. Between desk dividing screens are also available.
A standard steel mobile pedestal - Easy series has been allowed for each workstation. A central custom built storage unit which can be structural or mobile depending on the requirement has also been allowed between desks where required.
The end shelf cabinet is manufactured in melamine and is pole mounted so the desk worksurface can move independently below.
