How do I place an order?
It's easy. First, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Add to Cart button. When you are ready to checkout, you can click on Cart to view the entire contents of your cart. A Checkout button at the bottom of the page will take you to a Sign In page. You can Sign In if you already have an account with us, or you can continue shopping As A Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, just click Place Order and you're all Checked Out. A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly.
Are all BAFCO products available in the showroom?
Due to limited showroom space, more items and configurations are available online but can be purchased in our stores, of course pending availability. Our store associates will arrange for delivery in the most economical way possible from the warehouse closest to your address provided. Online exclusive deals can be paid from our showroom but will be processed as an online order.
How long will the delivery take?
When you are choosing your items, an item availability message will appear on the product detail page. A quick glossary:
- Fast Delivery Range: Stocked and ready-made items in Dubai, UAE. Normally delivered in 1-2 days.
- UAE manufactured laminate or upholstered furniture: 1-3 weeks (Orders can be fast-tracked if required).
- UAE manufactured veneer or piano lacquered furniture: 3-4 weeks (Painting requires proper curing time and cannot be fast-tracked.)
- KANO Quickship Models: 3-4 weeks (Select collection and upholstery that are already manufactured, and only shipping time will be considered).
Bespoke items or Non-stocking models: 6-8 weeks (European Summer holidays or other international events may extend deliveries of non-stocking orders).
How do I send items to multiple addresses?
If you are ordering multiple quantities of the same item and wish to send them to different addresses, add each item to your cart separately. You can specify the different addresses on the Shipping page in Checkout.
Can I see the furniture in person before I buy?
Absolutely. If you're based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, we encourage you to make an appointment to stop by our local showrooms. If you're not based in one of these cities, we're happy to conduct a video walkthrough to answer any questions about our products.
Where do you ship?
We ship eligible direct-to-consumer furniture anywhere within United Arab Emirates.
For orders outside UAE, talk to us and we can work with your chosen freight company.
Are shipping, assembly and space planning included?
We offer all-inclusive white glove service on furniture ordered within UAE. We'll take care of everything, from space planning to coordinating delivery permits and installation.

What products do you offer?
BAFCO sells workstation, collaboration and lounge furniture for both home and corporate offices: standard and standing desks, commercial-grade ergonomic and task chairs and active seating, benching products, pedestals and credenzas, conference tables, bar tables, bar stools and more. We also sell accessories that pair with our furniture, like privacy panels, in-desk power and wire organizers. While we design most of our products in-house, we also work with select global brands to offer unique work products that meet our high bar for quality and value. We're expanding our furniture line quickly. If you like our furniture and wish we sold something else, we'd love to hear your ideas!
Why do some products take longer to ship?
We limit our customization options so we can carry more items in inventory and ship them fast. If you order a color or option that we don't have in stock, we'll make it to order with our overseas manufacturing partner, which takes longer to ship. We'll always let you know when to expect your furniture.
What are the dimensions of each piece?
The dimensions of each of our furniture items can be found on the relevant product page. Contact us on over email or chat if you have questions about box packaging dimensions.
Are your products compliant with safety regulations?
The health and safety of our clients is always our priority. To address this critical responsibility, we adhere to the following standards:
BAFCO products undergo rigorous testing for safety and durability. We conduct in-house tests and work with third-party labs to make sure that our products are safe for your workplace and family. Wood composites like MDF and plywood complies with the highest "E0" and FSC-certifications to ensure we exceed consumer safety standards.
As a general principle, we are careful not to add unnecessary chemicals to our products during manufacturing. If you have questions about our compliance with any specific regulation or guideline, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team!
For outside UAE shoppers, where can I find assembly guides?
Each item shipping will contain a printed assembly guide in illustrated format. Contact us over email or chat if you have questions about any of the guides.
How do I assemble BAFCO furniture?
If your order is outside UAE or purchased from marketplace like Amazon or Noon, rest assured it's still easy to put together BAFCO furniture by yourself. Excluding our workstation products, every piece of BAFCO furniture can be assembled by a single person and comes with all necessary tools. Full assembly instructions are included with your order. Shoot us an email or chat if you need help, and we'll be glad to pitch in with tips and advice!
Can I finance my order?
We've partnered with POSTPAY Installments to offer instant financing for BAFCO furniture, to be paid in fixed monthly installments over 3 months with zero interest. This offer is available at our website, and for total purchases below 20,000 AED. Just select the option at checkout to see if you qualify! For financing of large and corporate orders, contact our sales team.
How do I pay for my purchase?
BAFCO currently accepts credit cards; Visa, Master Card and Bank Transfers / EFT. Orders will not be processed until we receive payment in full and accounts have released the order. Orders placed on a weekend or UAE public holiday will not be processed until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday. We process all orders as soon as you have completed the full payment. All made-to-order products will be dispatched as per the lead times displayed on the product page.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement. For all orders placed online with payment being made, you will automatically be emailed a tax invoice with your Order Confirmation. Your UAE tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Is the information I give you secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. What is your warranty policy?

What is your return policy?
At BAFCO, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
Non-furniture items We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if they are returned within 30 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is provided, and items are returned in good condition in our warehouse.
Stock furniture you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and arrange for return in our warehouse. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. The item will be inspected upon return, and a refund amount will be determined based on its condition. For furniture orders placed online, please call us at +971 4 3738 300. For orders placed through a store, please contact the store where the sale originated.
Special order all bespoke and customized items are not allowed for return.
Do you charge taxes?
All UAE-bound orders will have 5% VAT. Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the country to which the item(s) is shipped. BAFCO currently does not support international shipment. We can recommend a freight forwarding company if necessary by calling us at +971 4 3738 300 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I know if my items will be assembled?
You can check for a message about assembly in your cart or throughout checkout. Items with no message do not require assembly. All other furniture that will be delivered in the UAE will be done through our BAFCO Installation Team. Any other messages indicate customer assembly.
