Parts & Service Warranty

All BAFCO products and custom-made items are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

All KANO products have extended warranty of 5-years.

Brands distributed by BAFCO are also entitled to an extended warranty from the manufacturer by offering replacement parts at no cost. Additional service and replacement parts charge is applicable after 3-5 years.

“Defects” as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfections that may impair the use of the furniture or product for which it was intended to.

This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective furniture parts and/or components, subject to availability of stock. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. It does not cover defects caused by unauthorized assembly or disassembly, product modification, intentional damage, scratches, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence, or exposure to the external elements. Electronic components, accessories, batteries, and consumables are not covered under warranty. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use.

This warranty is only applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Orders outside UAE only covers parts replacement.

BAFCO reserves the right to request proof of purchase from an authorized retailer as well as any other proofs to document a warranty claim. Photos or inspection of products may be required. BAFCO Product Experts has the final discretion if the product is covered or not by our product warranty.

This warranty is explicit on the limits of BAFCO Trading LLC’s liability and entitles the original purchaser to specific rights.
