A quick glossary:
- Fast Delivery Range: Stocked and ready-made items in Dubai, UAE. Normally delivered in 1-2 working days.
- UAE manufactured laminate or upholstered furniture: 1-3 weeks (Orders can be fast-tracked if required).
- UAE-manufactured veneer or piano lacquered furniture: 3-4 weeks (Painting requires proper curing time and cannot be fast-tracked.)
- KANO Quickship Models: 3-4 weeks (Select collection and upholstery that are already manufactured, and only shipping time will be considered).
- Bespoke items or Non-stocking models: 4-8 weeks (European Summer holidays or other international events may extend deliveries of non-stocking orders).

non-furniture items We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if they are returned within 30 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is provided, and items are returned in good condition in our warehouse.
stock furniture you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and arrange for return in our warehouse. The item must be returned by the client within 30 days of delivery or pickup in its original packaging.
