A quick glossary:
- Fast Delivery Range: Stocked and ready-made items in Dubai, UAE. Normally delivered in 1-2 working days.
- UAE manufactured laminate or upholstered furniture: 1-3 weeks (Orders can be fast-tracked if required).
- UAE-manufactured veneer or piano lacquered furniture: 3-4 weeks (Painting requires proper curing time and cannot be fast-tracked.)
- KANO Quickship Models: 3-4 weeks (Select collection and upholstery that are already manufactured, and only shipping time will be considered).
- Bespoke items or Non-stocking models: 4-8 weeks (European Summer holidays or other international events may extend deliveries of non-stocking orders).

At BAFCO, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
non-furniture items We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if they are returned within 30 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is provided, and items are returned in good condition in our warehouse.
stock furniture you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and arrange for return in our warehouse. The item must be returned by the client within 30 days of delivery or pickup in its original packaging. special order All bespoke, project orders and customized items are not allowed for return.
